Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact our support team with your order details.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the order in accordance with this policy.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
