Orders are delivered to the address supplied by the customer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, public holidays, high order volumes or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Order Changes and Cancellation

Requests to change or cancel an order should be made as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns and exchanges are subject to the Lanas Store Refund & Returns Policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy before purchasing.
